DESCRIPTION & FEATURES	Waterproof, breathable and windproof jacket. Storm proof collar that can be pulled in around the neck via a draw cord and toggle system. The jacket is longer cut to cover the backside. Velcro adjustable cuffs, draw cord hem and waist, detachable quilted liner, double action heavy duty zip c/w double storm flap and Velcro seal. One small breast pocket and two large bellow front pockets with Velcro closure.
